The Ambulance Employees Association (AEA) represents all ambulance employees within South Australia. The AEA is a standalone union with no political affiliations, working solely for its members to provide professional representation to improve wages and working conditions, further career prospects and provide assistance for all industrial and work related legal matters. The AEA has shaped the South Australian ambulance industry into the professional field that it is today through the AEA successfully advocating and fighting on members behalf.
